This policy governs content and behavior in the Prism mobile application and Prism workspaces.

Your responsibility

You may use Prism only for lawful, authorized professional or organizational work. You are responsible for content you create, upload, share, or direct an AI agent to create. Follow the rules set by the organization that controls your workspace as well as this policy.

Prohibited content and behavior

Do not use Prism to create, upload, request, distribute, promote, or facilitate:

• Child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming, or any sexualization or endangerment of minors.
• Illegal activity, unlawful goods or services, or content that violates another person's rights.
• Threats, harassment, bullying, stalking, hate speech, or incitement of violence.
• Non-consensual intimate material, sexual exploitation, or sexually explicit content prohibited by law or workplace policy.
• Malware, credential theft, phishing, fraud, scams, unauthorized access, or instructions intended to cause harm.
• Impersonation, deceptive identity, spam, manipulation, or coordinated abuse.
• Disclosure of personal, confidential, or regulated information without authorization.
• Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations.
• Attempts to evade workspace security, moderation, reporting, blocking, retention, or access controls.

Reports, blocking, and moderation

Use the in-app report action for content or users that may violate this policy or your organization's rules. Reports go to the owner or administrators of the selected workspace. You may block another user to hide their content and prevent direct interaction on your device. Workspace administrators may remove content, restrict or remove members, preserve evidence, or escalate severe issues as appropriate. Reports must be made in good faith; knowingly false or abusive reporting is prohibited.

Organizations and AI agents

Organizations are responsible for membership, workspace configuration, retention, lawful monitoring, and timely action on reports. A person who configures or directs an AI agent is responsible for using it consistently with this policy. AI-generated content is subject to the same rules as human-created content.

Enforcement and changes

Access may be limited or terminated for violations. Severe or apparently illegal conduct may be preserved or reported when required by law. We may update this policy as Prism and applicable requirements change; the app will request acceptance again when a material policy version changes.
