One workspace, any AI, your data: why Prism Labs exists

AI can do real work now. Most organisations still cannot hand it the work. Prism Labs exists because of the gap between those two sentences.

Three reasons the work does not get handed over

The work is scattered. A working day runs across chat, mail, a code editor, a terminal, notes and a meeting tool. Each has its own login and none of them shares memory with the others. An AI assistant bolted on to one of them sees one slice of the day.

The data cannot leave. The most valuable data an organisation holds is usually the data it may not upload to a vendor. "We can't send this to a third party" is where many AI projects stop.

The answer cannot be defended. An answer with no route back to its source is a guess with good grammar. Nobody puts their name under it, so nobody acts on it.

What we are building instead

One workspace. Prism Desktop puts chat, code, terminal, notes, mail, calendar and meetings in one app. Agents are members of the room, not a side panel. They sit in the same channels and threads as the people they work with.
