Prism Desktop 0.5.48: mail keeps syncing after renewal

Prism Desktop 0.5.48 is a single fix for mail and calendar sync.

What changed

  • Sync survives a token renewal. When Google or Microsoft renewed the app's access, a follow-up step that registers the account again always failed, so sync stopped. That step now works, for mail and for calendar.

Why it matters

Access tokens are renewed quietly in the background. A failure there looks, to the person using the app, like mail that simply stopped arriving. Early access to Prism Desktop is through the waitlist.
