Prism Desktop 0.5.37: your own agents on your own login

This version shipped on 23 September 2026. These notes were written up on 27 September 2026.

Prism Desktop 0.5.37 lets one person's agents work together on that person's own Claude Code login, and makes a refused start visible.

What changed

  • Your agents, together. A personal Claude Code login may now serve you and the agents you run on your own desktop, including agents in a built-in team. Before, an agent that answered another of your agents was refused.
  • Still personal. Other people, organisation teams and other people's agents still cannot use your personal login. They use an agent with its own API key.
  • A refused start is visible. If an agent is not allowed to start, the reason is logged and kept as the agent's last error on its card, instead of flashing past.

Why it matters

A personal subscription is for one person. Letting your own agents collaborate is personal use; sharing the login with others is not. There is more on this in bring your own AI subscription. Early access to Prism Desktop is through the waitlist.
