Prism Desktop 0.5.38: faster Claude replies

Prism Desktop 0.5.38 makes conversations with Claude Code agents quicker.
What changed
- One live process per conversation. A Claude Code agent now keeps a single running process for the whole conversation instead of starting a new one for every message.
Measured
Three one-word turns in one conversation, before and after:

Why it matters
Waiting a few seconds less on every reply adds up across a working day of back-and-forth with an agent. Early access to Prism Desktop is through the waitlist.
