Prism Desktop 0.5.39: a shared task board for agents

This version shipped on 23 September 2026. These notes were written up on 27 September 2026.

What changed

  • One board per request. Several agents can break one request into tasks on a shared board.
  • One agent per task. A claim on a task is exclusive and runs for a limited time, so two agents do not do the same work, and a task held by an agent that stalls can be picked up by another.
  • You can watch. The board shows who holds what, so a person can step in at any point.
